CLEANING, SANITIZING AND DISINFECTING AQUA HOMES

We are following CDC, VPHP (the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) and VRMA (the Vacation REntal Management Association recommendations and guidelines when cleaning all of our vacation homes.  This is where being a boutique property managment company has its benefits, as we have the manpower and time to clean according to these rigorous sanitaztion and disinfection protocols.  Our cleaning staff will use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including masks and disposable gloves.  We use EPA approved disinfecting produts on all surfaces, including high-touch surfaces such as door knobs (inside and out), electronic lock panels, stair railings, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs.  We are alloting for extra cleaning time.  Staff will first clean then disinfect.  Low-touch surfaces such as floors, walls, blinds will be cleaned with hot water and detergent.  Linens and bedding will be removed and placed in disposable plastic trash bag.  All linens and towels are white and will be washed in hot water using bleach.  Guests can be assured that each property will be clean and safe for arrival and ready for the guest's vacation.

Guests will be asked to bring plenty of their own toilet paper as there continues to be a shortage of supply in Walton County.
